Most teams aren’t broken.

They’re operating without clarity on how work actually gets done.
That’s where performance breaks. The Healthy Team Summit is built to fix it.

You might be seeing this in your own team:

  • Decisions take longer than they should

  • Accountability depends on the person, not the system

  • Energy is dropping even as effort increases

  • Strong individuals… inconsistent execution

You’re not alone.

And it’s not a people problem.

It’s how the team is designed to work.

THE SHIFT

Most companies are becoming AI-enabled. Few are maximizing the human.

  • Speed is increasing.

  • Visibility is increasing.

  • Pressure is increasing.

Weak systems don’t struggle quietly anymore. They fail faster.

Healthy teams don’t rely on heroics. They’re designed to perform under pressure.

TECHNOLOGY ALONE WILL NOT DEFINE THE NEXT ERA OF PERFORMANCE.

How effectively teams think, decide, and execute together will.

WHAT THE HEALTHIEST (BEST) TEAMS ARE DOING DIFFERENTLY

From our research across leaders and teams:

Trust isn’t soft—it’s the #1 predictor of performance

Clarity is the bottleneck, not capability

Accountability is a system, not a personality trait

 Resilience isn’t endurance -- it’s regeneration

WHAT SETS HTS APART - THE TEAM PLAYGROUND EXPERIENCE

Most conferences talk about teamwork. This is not another conference. You won’t sit through panels and take notes you won’t use.

At HTS, you experience it — through immersive environments that reveal what’s really happening inside teams.

The result: practical, actionable clarity.

Participants walk away with:

  • A sharper view of how their team performs today
  • A shared understanding of where breakdowns occur
  • Concrete ways to strengthen Competence, Confidence, Commitment, and Camaraderie
  • Tools they can apply immediately to improve alignment, execution, and trust

The Team Playground is where awareness turns into action.

playground 1

Inside the Playground, participants will:

  • Test decision-making in fast-moving team scenarios
  • Explore energy, trust, and alignment as performance systems
  • Interact with emerging tools shaping how teams work
  • Work through real breakdowns in decision-making and execution
  • Pressure-test how your team handles ambiguity and speed
  • Experience how intelligent systems change collaboration patterns
playground 2

These environments are designed to simulate how modern teams actually operate — not how leadership theory describes them.

Healthy teams aren’t built in slides.
They’re built in moments like these.

Translating insight into action — so what you build here carries forward into how you team.

WHERE THE HEALTHY TEAM MOVEMENT BEGAN

After hundreds of Future of Teamwork podcast  conversations, we saw the gap:
teams weren’t lacking effort — they were lacking clarity on how they actually work.

So we created an “unconference” to make that visible.

HTS 2025 was born and with it, the Healthy Team movement.

Explore the experience that sparked the movement, Healthy Team Summit 2025 —

FAQs

Do I need to attend both days?

Yes. The experience is intentionally designed as a multi-day learning journey.

What makes this event different?

The Healthy Team Summit is designed as an immersive learning experience — with facilitated sessions, hands-on experimentation, and real application to your team and organization.

The Teams Playground is a live learning lab where participants experience short, facilitated sessions with curated partners who help teams build clarity, trust, alignment, and momentum — not product demos.

You will leave with practical frameworks, decision tools, and concrete ways to redesign how your team works.

Who can I contact if I have questions before registering?

You can contact the LEAD3R team at events@LEAD3R.com and we’ll help you determine whether the Summit is the right fit.

I need a hotel - where should I stay?

We have secured a discounted block of rooms at a local hotel. That information will be available after payment and registration.
